Workflow

Upload one or more daily ZIP/RAR files (up to 7 days).
Files are extracted in memory, then the 2G / 4G / 5G sheets are read.
Rows are merged by DATE + SITE ID into one result table.
Last 7 days stability: a day is healthy if 2G NAV COO ≥ 99.00% and 4G NAV COO ≥ 99.50%.
7 healthy = STABLE, 4–6 = UNDER MONITORING, 1–3 = UNSTABLE, 0 = OPEN. Format: STATUS (n/total).
Export the merge CSV, then the second file: 4G NAV < 100% sites.

Workflow

Upload sitemapping.csv (can be cached, same as Incident).
Upload the daily POT file. Extract date comes from the filename (140826 → 14 Aug), not the max Date in the sheet. Empty LIST IMPACT rows on the next day are skipped.
LIST IMPACT is split into one siteid per row.
week = weekx from Reference Time (example 2026-34). The POT file Week (W96) is ignored. aging = end − start as hh:mm (example 03:13), not the Excel clock date.
Lookup fm office / mc / region / city / circle_id / ran label. All headers are lowercase.

Workflow

Workflow

sitemapping.csv is built-in. Upload a newer file only if the universe file changes.
Upload one or more weekly WDBH CSV files.
battery backup comes from Task 01 column 1. Battery Status. genset status comes from Task 01 column DG Status. If Task 01 has not been analyzed yet, both columns stay empty.
Export 1: latest 7 dates as 2g_YYYY-MM-DD and 4g_YYYY-MM-DD. Days can cross weeks.
Export 2 report: no daily columns. Show 2G_YYYY_W* and 4G_YYYY_W* for every week in the upload.
occurance week = how many uploaded weeks the site was below 99.00% (2G or 4G weekly NAV).
A day is healthy if 2G ≥ 99.00% and 4G ≥ 99.50% (COO). Used for last 7 days stability.
Healthiness = last 4 weeks, left = oldest. 1 healthy, 0 degraded, X no data. Combined needs both 2G and 4G.
1111/0111 = Healthy; latest 1 = Recent Improved; 1110/0110 = Recent Drop; latest 0 = Continuous Degradation; latest X = No Data.
